Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing before January 21, 2012 will receive a full refund less $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between January 22, 2012 and February 4, 2012, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given after February 5, 2012 or for no shows.
